Richard spent 12 years at Property Vision, which is a market leading property-buying agency. It was acquired by HSBC Private Bank in 2001 and essentially became their ‘Real Estate Advisory’ team. Richard was a board director and Head of London.
Richard then spent 3 years working for probably London’s most successful luxury residential developer – Candy & Candy/CPC Group. His primary role was in overseeing acquisitions, sales and also advising on the in-house lending business, Fortwell Capital.

Becks works across Bluedoor Advisors, where she offers PA support and helps co-ordinate interior design projects acquired by Bluedoor.
A History of Art graduate, Becks career background is in fashion and media. Previous to joining Bluedoor in 2018 she worked for House and Holme for 10 years, which is one of London’s leading creative agencies.
